• Active Texas Speech and Language Pathologist certification required
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with school-based services and K-12 populations preferred
• Confidence in conducting evaluations and developing, implementing, and monitoring IEP goals
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students across grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and district policies
