Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Pay start at $45 an hour and increases based on experience.

AVIR Health Group (Avir at Clarksville) is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Clarksville
!

We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is resident- and family-focused, a strong team player, and passionate about delivering high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive environment and help build a positive facility culture.

The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Newly licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Knowledge of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
