Pool Bartender​/Pool Attendant

Serving as a central hub for both visitors and locals, the hotel features 55 elegant rooms and suites, along with a renowned bar/lounge, multiple dining options, and a 5,600-square-foot events space. This is a full-time on-site role in Marfa, TX, for a Pool Bartender/Pool Attendant at Hotel Saint George. The position involves preparing and serving beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and inviting poolside area, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include taking orders, managing bar inventory, assisting with guest needs, handling cash transactions, setting up and maintaining pool seating arrangements, and fostering a positive and welcoming environment for all patrons.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage services, with experience in bartending and preparing diverse drinks to high standards.
• Experience with Cash Handling and attention to detail in managing transactions.
• Ability to work outdoors and manage the pool area while providing a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Previous hospitality industry experience and knowledge of poolside safety procedures is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
