Secret Hotels Group is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and service-driven Reservations Manager to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation and commercial success of our luxury hotel properties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, excellent knowledge of PMS Perseus, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient reservation management and interdepartmental coordination.

• Manage and process all reservations accurately through PMS Perseus
• Handle bookings from all distribution channels including Direct, OTAs, Corporate Accounts, Travel Agencies, and Group Bookings
• Monitor availability, rates, restrictions, and room allocations in coordination with the Revenue and Sales departments
• Ensure accurate guest profiles, billing instructions, and reservation remarks at all times
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, amendments, confirmations, and special requests via email and telephone
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reservation and occupancy reports
• Collaborate closely with Hotel Manager, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Maintain high service standards in line with the company’s luxury hospitality philosophy

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Previous experience in a Reservations Manager
• Strong working knowledge of PMS Perseus or similar PMS
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform efficiently under pressure
• Professional attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
• Familiarity with OTA extranets and channel manager systems

• Knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, or Italian)
• Experience related to Revenue or Sales operations
• Background in luxury hospitality environments
