• Prompt and efficient completion of all Front Office duties (check in, check out, invoicing, call center, guest assistance with requests and complaints, Concierge)
• Preparation of day reports
• Financial reconciliation of all hotel outlets
• Operating the End of day procedures
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service,
• Provide a friendly & warm welcome and service to all guests
• Cope ration with all colleagues and department heads
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations & all guest service guidelines
• Maintain the Front Desk in a professional order

• Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position within a 5
  * property
• Computer literacy & knowledge of Hospitality PMS software (Protel)
• Fluency in Greek & English, extra languages (German, Italian, French) would be considered a plus
• Strong problem-resolution, organizational & multitasking abilities
  
  Punctual, well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly & kind personality, with team spirit
• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism (desirable)
