Badging Agent (Full Time)

Location:

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center, Westlake, Texas.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.

Working Hours:

1st/mid shift, weekend availability. Weekly pay.

The Badging Agent is responsible for the accurate and efficient production and assembly of name badges for all event guests, ensuring a seamless check‑in experience.

• Accurately print and assemble name badges for all guests.
• Communicate effectively with Meeting Planners and Event Managers regarding badging questions.
• Collaborate with Front Office leadership as needed.
• Run various reports and produce routine critical analytics.
• Resolve reporting issues.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Assist with checking guests in and collecting/distributing guest luggage.

• Strong administrative skills.
• Strong computer skills; highly proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Microsoft Teams experience desirable.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
