Note:

Prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other requests
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as required

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions
• Flexibility to work evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
