a nutshell

The Front office and Guest Relations teams at Daios Cove are considered critical for our guests’ experience, as they are the main point of contact for guests, turning their everyday moments into exceptional memories. Both these teams ensure and provide flawless, professional, and high-class guest services throughout our guests’ stay, and provide direction to continuously improve guests and team experience.

Our receptionist will
  • Ensure all guests receive personalized services from arrivals to departures and everything in between.
  • Conduct the necessary processes for front office.
  • Keep accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Conduct a flawless check-in and check-out process.
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
  • Effectively resolve any guest concern and ensure timely follow-up.

Skills and qualifications to help you succeed
  • This role generally requires a relevant degree in Hotel/Tourism.
  • Previous similar experience in a luxury hospitality environment is essential.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent problem- resolution skills and ability to quickly work around different solutions, are critical success factors for this role.
  • Requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
