Advanced Outdoor Management is the leader in recreational park management and we live by our mission of “Thinking Outside the Tent.” This position is a Workamper role at Willow Beach RV Park, Graford, TX, focused on front desk/office and housekeeping duties within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Assist with front desk/office duties and housekeeping as part of a team.
• Take direction from department Leads and collaborate effectively with others.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction to foster positive camper relations and repeat visits.

• Hard-working and driven Workamper with a customer-service mindset.
• Sensible people skills and a basic understanding of technology and computer programs.
• Excellent organization and a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.

• Discounted site available – must work 24 hours to qualify.
• $50 monthly utility allowance.
