Room Attendant at The Holiday Inn Express is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for all hotel guests. This role involves cleaning and servicing rooms according to brand standards while providing excellent customer service.

Required education, experience, and qualifications include previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required, ability to work independently and efficiently, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good communication and teamwork skills, flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed, and must be authorized to work in the United States.

Working conditions include bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting stand, walking, kneeling, stooping, squatting, pulling, pushing, climbing, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, and seeing and standing for long periods of time. The essential duties of this position require moderate to heavy lifting and carrying. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be available evenings, nights, weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.

Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions. Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed. Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers. Professional appearance is required; attire will be designated by the area supervisor.
