We’re looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor to join our Inspiration Crew — someone who loves people, thrives in a lively environment and knows how to turn everyday guest interactions into memorable moments.

What You’ll DoAs part of the Inspiration Crew
, you’ll help create the Moxy experience from the moment guests walk through the door.
- Be the face of the guest experience, making guests feel welcome and part of the Moxy atmosphere
- Handling guest feedback, challenges and special requests with confidence, empathy and creativity
- Keeping the guest vibe high, ensuring service is friendly, authentic and on brand
- Monitoring guest feedback and satisfaction scores to continuously elevate the experience
- Working closely with all departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Supporting the arrival experience and interact with guests across the Moxy Living Room and social spaces
- Inspiring and guiding the team to deliver energetic and engaging hospitality
- Creating moments that guests remember long after check-out
- Has experience in Guest Relations or Front Office supervision
- Loves connecting with people and creating positive experiences
- Is confident, energetic and solution-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced lifestyle hotel environment
- Has excellent communication skills and a natural guest-focused mindset
