Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms to Canyon Ranch’s exceptional standards, ensuring every space is spotless, comfortable, and guest-ready.
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and removing trash to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Make beds, replace linens and towels, and ensure each room is presented with attention to detail and care.
  • Replenish guest amenities, supplies, and linens while maintaining organized storage areas and housekeeping standards.
  • Perform scheduled deep-cleaning projects to preserve the quality, cleanliness, and appearance of guest accommodations.
  • Inspect completed rooms for quality and report readiness while delivering outstanding service that supports an exceptional guest experience and upholds Canyon Ranch service standards.
Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, or a related service-focused environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest room presentation.
  • Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively and completing assigned rooms within established quality standards.
  • Perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, bending, reaching, and working with cleaning equipment and products throughout the shift.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members while following established procedures and maintaining a positive, service-focused attitude.
  • Take pride in creating welcoming, comfortable guest spaces through reliability, consistency, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
