Your Role:
Precision on the Tarmac
As a Flight Line Technician
, you play a vital role in overseeing ground operations at the Jet Center. You ensure the safety, efficiency, and top‑tier service expected by our members, guests, and aviation partners.
Essential Job Functions
Aircraft & Ground Operations
- Aircraft Servicing: Safely fuel various fixed‑wing and rotor‑wing aircraft while maintaining strict fuel quality control (QC) standards during loading and unloading.
- Ground Handling: Skillfully tow, push, attach, and disconnect aircraft using specialized equipment.
- Tarmac Management: Direct aircraft during arrivals and departures using proper hand signals and wands.
- FBO Operations: Open and close the Fixed Base Operation (FBO) and carry out all standard operating procedures and checklists.
- Support Services: Provide ground power (AC/DC units), assist with engine starts, and perform lavatory services as required.
Customer Service
- Communicate courteously and professionally with customers, line service personnel, and customer service representatives both in person and by phone.
Minimum Qualifications
- Age & Licensing: Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for insurance eligibility.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a neat, clean appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
- Experience: Previous related experience preferred; however, we offer training for candidates who demonstrate strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
