Lodging Host Hotel Corp is looking for a capable self-starter to take on the role of Conference Center Director of Sales at our Cambria Hotel & Conference Center – Northlake, TX. Your main responsibility will be to attract and finalize business agreements with groups who need lodging and/or meeting facilities for events such as annual conferences, job fairs, and trade shows.
Your role as Conference Center Director of Sales is to promote the conference center's services and facilities to potential guests, plan and execute events, and coordinate with hotel Sales and Marketing, as well as other hotel departments such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Desk to ensure the guests’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities Develop relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities
Meet with potential clients to discuss their event needs
Create contracts and pricing agreements
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay current on trends
Maintain accurate event records and communicate with clients regularly
Monitor event budgets and work to prevent cost overruns
Collaborate with Marketing team to promote events and increase sales
Generate reports on sales performance and recommend improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Sales, or Marketing is preferred but not required
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Event Manager, or similar role is required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work well under pressure & adapt to clients’ needs
Knowledgeable about hotel industry trends
