Coury Hospitality - 1301 Solana Boulevard, Bldg 3 - Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional client experiences.;
Build group room blocks in FSPMS and MARSHA; enter group room lists and individual reservations as needed.;
Prepare and send sales correspondence including rooming lists and Banquet Event Orders to customers; maintain data quality in CI/TY.;
Meet with clients for walkthroughs to finalize event details; coordinate with vendors and other departments for on-site execution.
