Position Summary

As a Public Space Attendant, you are the face of our resort's cleanliness. While our guests bring their own "hotel rooms" on wheels, they rely on you to ensure our shared luxury spaces—the clubhouse, bathhouses, and pool decks—are pristine. This role requires a blend of hospitality, physical stamina, and an eye for the small details that make our resort a premier destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amenity Excellence: Clean and sanitize high-traffic indoor areas including the clubhouse, general store, fitness center, and laundry facilities.
  • Bathhouse & Restroom Maintenance: Maintain "five-star" cleanliness in communal shower suites and restrooms, ensuring they are stocked and refreshed multiple times daily.
  • Outdoor Transitions: Sweep and maintain porches, pool decks, and outdoor kitchen areas, ensuring they are free of debris, cobwebs, and litter.
  • The "First Impression" Walk: Conduct regular rounds of the property to empty trash receptacles and ensure communal fire pits and dog parks are tidy.
  • Guest Engagement: Act as a resort ambassador, greeting guests warmly and providing basic directions or information about resort amenities.
  • Chemical Safety: Safely handle and mix cleaning supplies according to MSDS standards, ensuring all tools are stored away from guest reach.

Unique Resort Requirements

  • All-Weather Performance: Comfort working in a variety of weather conditions, as much of your transit between buildings will be outdoors.
  • Mobile Efficiency: Ability to operate a golf cart safely to transport supplies across the resort acreage.
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of resort-sponsored events (e.g., Saturday night BBQs or holiday socials).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for the duration of a shift.
  • The "Owner" Mindset: A proactive eye that sees a piece of litter or a smudged window before a guest does.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays, which are our busiest times for guest arrivals.
