Horseshoe Bay Resort’s Yacht Club is seeking a dynamic leader to head our premier waterfront dining venue. This role carries full P&L ownership and a mandate to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and elevate guest experiences with refined service and signature beverage programs.
The position requires 5+ years in progressive food & beverage leadership, a track record in upscale dining, and strong budgeting, forecasting, and inventory controls.
