Pyramid Global Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Review all Banquet Event Orders prior to events to ensure staffing and supplies;
Oversee banquet events including setup, drink stations, and cleaning pre-work;
Ensure banquet room setup meets BEO standards;
Conduct pre-event staff meetings to communicate plans and service standards;
Monitor events to ensure flawless service and assist servers/bartenders as needed
