Housekeeper II

Target Hospitality seeks a Housekeeper II to support high-quality lodging and workforce housing in remote and underserved locations. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Responsibilities include changing linens, restocking supplies, handling trash removal, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. You'll follow strict safety and sanitation protocols, use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly, and collaborate with a fast-paced, service-focused team committed to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and amenities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash from assigned areas
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly to supervisors
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures at all times
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and inventory levels
• Support laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens as needed
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of shared kitchens, dining, or camp facilities
• Provide courteous, responsive service to guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
