Housekeeper III

Target Hospitality seeks a Housekeeper III to support our Hospitality & Travel operations in remote workforce and lodging environments. In this advanced housekeeping role, you will perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include deep cleaning, laundry, inventory and stocking of linens and supplies, reporting maintenance issues, mentoring junior housekeepers, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Execute periodic deep cleaning and special projects to brand and safety standards
• Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and uniforms
• Maintain and replenish housekeeping carts, chemicals, and supply inventories
• Inspect rooms and common areas for quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Report maintenance and repair needs promptly to supervisors
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including PPE use
• Train and mentor junior housekeepers on procedures and standards
• Collaborate with operations and front-line teams to meet client and guest expectations
• Support housekeeping operations in remote or camp-style workforce environments
