Housekeeping Supervisor

Target Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor I to lead daily housekeeping operations in our remote workforce lodging. You will supervise room attendants, assign tasks, and conduct quality inspections to ensure spotless, safe, and comfortable accommodations. Responsibilities include training staff, managing schedules, monitoring inventory, and enforcing safety and cleanliness standards. You'll collaborate with operations teams to resolve guest issues quickly and support a fast-paced, service-oriented culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence for energy, government, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations.
• Assign, direct, and monitor housekeeping staff tasks and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Train, coach, and mentor housekeeping team members on procedures and service expectations.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and OSHA-compliant cleaning practices.
• Collaborate with operations and front-line teams to quickly resolve guest or client concerns.
• Support staffing plans, timekeeping, and performance feedback for housekeeping staff.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance needs.
• Promote Target Hospitality's culture of accountability, service, and operational excellence in remote settings.
