Housekeeping Supervisor

Target Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations within our remote hospitality and workforce housing lodges. This role oversees room and facility cleaning, inspections, and inventory control to ensure safe, comfortable, and compliant accommodations for guests and residents. The Supervisor trains, schedules, and mentors housekeepers, maintains quality and safety standards, coordinates with maintenance and front desk teams, and supports a fast-paced, service-oriented culture focused on operational excellence in remote and underserved locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for rooms and common areas
• Inspect guest rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Train, schedule, and mentor housekeeping staff
• Maintain linen, supply, and equipment inventory
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards in all areas
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk to resolve issues quickly
• Document and report housekeeping metrics and incidents
• Support a fast-paced, service-oriented, safety-focused culture
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new housekeeping team members
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction in remote workforce housing
