Housekeeping Manager

Target Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations at our remote workforce lodging facilities. In this fast-paced, service-focused role, you will supervise room attendants and janitorial staff, create schedules, and ensure all accommodations meet strict cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. Responsibilities include inspections, inventory and ordering of linens and supplies, training and coaching staff, resolving guest concerns, and partnering with operations and maintenance to support smooth camp and lodge operations for energy, government, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coach housekeeping and janitorial staff to meet service standards.
• Conduct regular room, facility, and public-area inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
• Manage inventory and ordering of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment within budget guidelines.
• Train new and existing team members on cleaning procedures, safety, and guest service expectations.
• Respond to and resolve guest and client housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to coordinate room turns, work orders, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, staffing, and supply usage.
• Support and enforce company policies and safety protocols, including in remote and camp settings.
• Assist with hiring, performance reviews, and corrective actions for housekeeping staff.
• Help drive continuous improvement in housekeeping processes and service delivery.
