The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Qualifications:
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
