Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Support the management of departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote hotel services and increase occupancy

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and financial management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
• Knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
