• Portfolio Overview: The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee a growing portfolio of 12-15 hotels across Texas, Missouri, New Mexico, Michigan, New York, and Arizona. The portfolio consists primarily of Home2 Suites by Hilton and Residence Inn by Marriott properties, with both operating hotels and hotels currently in development. The portfolio is owned by a single ownership group, allowing the Regional Vice President to build strong relationships with ownership while ensuring consistent operational execution across all hotels.
• Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% to 75% travel required to support hotel operations, property visits, leadership development, owner meetings, hotel openings, and portfolio growth initiatives across multiple states.

• Location Requirements: Candidate Must reside within the United States. Preference for candidates located near a major commercial airport to facilitate efficient travel throughout the portfolio. Central U.S. or Texas-based candidates are preferred due to the geographic footprint of the portfolio. Ability to travel as business needs require.

About This Position:We are seeking a strategic, results-driven hospitality leader to serve as our next Regional Vice President of Operations
. This role will provide operational leadership and strategic oversight for a growing portfolio of select-service and extended‑stay hotels. The Regional Vice President of Operations will partner closely with ownership, executive leadership, and hotel teams to drive financial performance, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and portfolio growth. This leader will play a critical role in supporting both existing hotel operations and future expansion initiatives while ensuring consistent execution across the portfolio.

This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality executive who thrives in a hands‑on leadership environment and enjoys developing people, improving hotel performance, and building strong relationships with ownership and property leadership teams.

• Reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to General Managers across the portfolio.
• Partners closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, and Development teams.
• Serves as a key operational liaison between ownership and hotel leadership.
• Supports hotel openings, operational transitions, and portfolio growth initiatives.
