HR Coordinator - Manufacturing Environment; DAL

Shifts / Pay Rate: Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | $23.00/hr

• Supports day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintains accurate employee records and performs data entry in HRIS systems while ensuring confidentiality.
• Completes, audits, and maintains Form I-9 documentation in compliance with federal requirements.
• Assists with benefits administration, including employee inquiries, enrollments, and changes.
• Supports onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Conducts employee relations investigations by responding to complaints, interviewing involved parties, and documenting findings.
• Partners with leadership to address employee relations matters and recommend next steps.
• Communicates professionally and objectively when handling sensitive employee issues.

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume environments.
• Strong data entry skills with hands-on HRIS experience.
• Knowledge of Form I-9 compliance, audits, and recordkeeping.
• Experience supporting benefits administration and employee relations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a positive, employee-focused attitude.
• Stable work history.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
