About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Investigator to support workplace investigations across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in ensuring investigations are conducted fairly, consistently, and in line with internal policies and applicable laws.
You will manage investigations independently while working closely with Legal, HR, and business stakeholders.
The Legal function is supported by a collaborative, cross-functional team working closely with Human Resources and other internal stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end workplace investigations into matters such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, conflicts of interest, financial or accounting misconduct, and other policy-related concerns
Develop appropriate investigation strategies for sensitive and complex cases, ensuring neutrality, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Gather, assess, and analyse information through interviews, document review, and system searches
Prepare clear, fact‑based investigation reports with findings and recommendations that can withstand internal and legal review
Manage multiple investigations concurrently and ensure cases are progressed and concluded in a timely manner
Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, fair, and well‑reasoned outcomes
8 years or more experience conducting workplace investigations, within corporate, compliance, legal, or employee relations environments
Experience handling investigations in a multinational or regional context is advantageous
Familiarity with email search tools, online research, and case management systems (experience with NAVEX Ethics Point is advantageous but not mandatory)
Strong professional judgement, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear, objective findings and recommendations
