Location: Anson

  • Administer and maintain ATS, HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft), and learning platforms, ensuring data accuracy, appropriate user access, and system utilisation tracking.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across assigned regions.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation, including employment contracts, probation confirmations, and related records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information across HRIS, intranet, and HR databases.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors and finance teams to support accurate payroll processing and timely submissions.
  • Manage work pass administration and documentation where required.
  • Support the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes through standardisation, improvement, or automation.
  • Contribute to HR transformation initiatives such as system implementations, policy alignment, and KPI framework development.
  • Assist in organising regional employee engagement activities (e.g., town halls, recognition programmes, and company events).
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Around 4 years of relevant HR experience, ideally with exposure to broad HR operations.
  • Experience supporting regional HR activities or multi-entity environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Unit4 Prosoft) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR reporting or analytics is advantageous.
