** Position Summary
** Continental Dairy Facilities Southwest, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
** HR Summer Intern
** to support cross-functional projects. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, policy development, onboarding, and internal process documentation—ideal for someone pursuing a career in human resources or organizational development.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** HR Projects**  + Assist in developing Behavior Based Interview packets for all departments  + Support onboarding and training content creation, including video script development  + Conduct HR-related research and help document policies, practices, and compliance processes
* ** Project Coordination**  + Track timelines, compile meeting notes, and prepare content drafts for leadership review  + Help ensure that all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and completed on schedule
** Learning Opportunities
*** Real-world exposure to strategic HR planning and operational initiatives
* Mentorship from Human Resources team
* Insight into the inner workings of a major dairy cooperative
** Qualifications
* ** Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Human Relations, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Strong GPA (3.75+ preferred)
* Previous experience (e.g., HR internship or consulting exposure) is a plus
* Strong communication, organization, and writing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
