Human Resources Intern Opportunity

We are looking for a student intern to support the human resources team in the processes of attraction, selection, and recruitment of talent, contributing to the growth of the company in the Cancun and Mexican Caribbean region.

• Publish job offers on specialized portals and social media
• Conduct active search for candidates on different platforms
• Filter and perform first review of received CVs
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
• Conduct initial and competency-based interviews
• Collect professional references from final candidate list
• Keep the candidate database updated
• Prepare reports on the follow-up of selection processes
• Communicate to candidates the status of their application
• Document the selection process for each position
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
• Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics

Student in the final year or about to graduate in:

• Business Administration
• Psychology (preferably Organizational)

No experience is necessary, we will provide training
