This position is offered as a 1-year contractual role with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Unleash your Potential

As a Human Resources Executive, you will take the lead in shaping our talent journey from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and beyond. You will manage job portals, craft hiring documentation, prepare insightful reports, and ensure smooth audits. Plus, you will play a key role in employer branding and talent attraction activities, helping us build a workplace where great people thrive.

You will play an important role in:

A. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, and separation.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities (e.g., documentation, system access, orientation support).
  • Prepare and issue standard HR documents (letters, contracts, memos, confirmations).
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • B. Recruitment Support

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities (e.g., interview coordination, documentation, onboarding preparation).
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring documentation.
  • Support employer branding activities such as career fairs, engagement initiatives, and university collaborations when required.
  • C. Compensation, Benefits & Employee Support

  • Assist in administrative processes related to employee benefits (e.g., SOCSO claims, insurance coordination).
  • Support employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
  • D. HR Projects & Initiatives

  • Support HR projects, company events, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in technical position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact comfortably with all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter who is independent, proactive, and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Good written and oral communication in English.
  • Good knowledge of Labour Law related to hiring and employment is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
