HR Generalist

Due to company growth, they are seeking a Generalist in their Human Resources department that will become a vital part of this positive employee experience. Job responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, Employee Applicant tracking, Department referrals.
• Hiring process and onboarding
• Background Checks, Drug Screens, E-verify
• Employee relations
• Orientations & Manager Training for multiple companies/locations, including training in Compliance, Personnel Policy & Procedures.
• Executive Reporting

Skill set:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience with employee documents, forms, files and regulatory impact.
• Ability to handle employee relations & concerns with compassion, discretion and diplomacy.
• Assure confidentiality of employee and HR sensitive information
• Supervise one staff member
• Education and/or 3 years' equivalent work experience relevant to this position.
