HR Specialist

As an HR Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience. You will support employee relations, handle HR queries, and maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You will also assist with performance management, training initiatives, and overall HR operations.

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates, schedule and conduct interviews
• Assist in sourcing candidates and updating the candidate database
• Assist with payroll-related tasks

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Assistant, or a relevant human resources/administrative position, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
