Job Title

Durée: un minimum de 6 mois, renouvelables

The expected services in terms of technical assistance, HR administration, and communication for the Oudalle factory located on the Canal de Tancarville are described below:

The proposed profile must have the ability to progressively ensure, in progressive autonomy, the following missions:

• Management of general resources (follow up contracts)
• Mail management
• Supplies management
• Updating organizational charts
• Creation and updating of notes and miscellaneous announcements
• Administrative management of social relations
• Assistance in planning management
• Workplace quality of life (QWL) relay
• Internal communication

• Management of various campaigns (student grants, vacation vouchers, etc.)
• Follow up on energy efficiency offer

• Minimum education:
  
  Bac+2 in the following fields:
  Management, administration, human resources, executive assistant
• Optional training: QWL, CSR, occupational health
• Desired experience: 1 to 3 years minimum in a similar position (HR administration, general management)
• Experience in an industrial environment is highly appreciated

• Mastery of administrative activities (mail management, supplies, contract follow up)
• Basic knowledge of HR administration and social relations
• Proficiency with IT tools (Office suite, collaborative tools like Teams / SharePoint)
• Writing skills (note writing, internal communications)
• Organization, rigor, progressive autonomy, and ability to manage priorities
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (HR, managers, employees)
• Sense of service, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
• Ability to participate in QWL and internal communication actions

• The service will take place on the premises of the Oudalle factory located on the Canal de Tancarville.
