Global Mobility Advisor for Supporting Global Workforce Mobility & Immigration inheavylift and transport projects

You ll be responsible for helping employees legally work around the world while creating an exceptional employee experience from beginning to end.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our Global Mobility Advisor, you ll serve as a point of contact for global immigration, mobility, and business travel.

You ll partner with employees, leaders, immigration counsel, government agencies, and external vendors to make international assignments happen smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

Your work will include:

  • Managing end-to-end employment-based immigration processes.
  • Advising leaders on visa strategy, eligibility, timelines and risks.
  • Coordinating international assignments and cross-border employee transfers.
  • Managing business travel compliance and international work authorization requirements.
  • Partnering with outside immigration counsel on complex immigration cases.
  • Preparing and organizing immigration documentation with exceptional accuracy.
  • Tracking immigration deadlines and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Communicating proactively with employees throughout every stage of the immigration process.
  • Researching evolving immigration regulations and recommending practical business solutions.
  • Identifying process improvements that simplify the employee experience.
  • Supporting relocation and mobility programs across multiple countries.
  • Working closely with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal and Operations to ensure global compliance.
  • Managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service.
We re Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With

You ll ideally have experience managing or supporting:

U.S. Immigration
  • L-1A and L-1B visas
  • TN visas
  • E-3 visas
  • B-1/B-2 business travel considerations
  • PERM Labor Certification
  • I-140 petitions
  • Adjustment of Status (I-485)
  • Employment Authorization Documents (EAD)
  • Consular Processing
  • USCIS compliance
  • Department of Labor regulations
  • I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
  • Prevailing Wage Determinations
  • Public Access Files
Global Mobility
  • International assignments
  • Cross-border employee transfers
  • Work permits
  • Residence permits
  • Immigration compliance

WHAT YOU’LL NEED What we re looking for in experience Required
  • Higher Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Legal Studies, Global Mobility, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, International HR, or Corporate Mobility.
  • Experience managing high-volume employment-based immigration cases from initiation through completion.
  • Experience supporting a multinational organization with employees working across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
