We are looking for an energetic, organized, and reliable Onsite Staffing Coordinator to assist our Onsite Staffing Manager in overseeing a large-scale temporary workforce of ~400 associates at our client’s fast-paced warehouse facility. In this contract role, you will be on the ground, serving as a critical support pillar for daily operations. You'll handle high-volume attendance tracking, resolve payroll and timekeeping discrepancies, manage workforce assignments, and generate daily performance reports to keep this high-density account running seamlessly.
- Place associates into open shifts, process assignment changes, and conduct new-hire floor orientations.
- Serve as an accessible, friendly main point of contact on the warehouse floor for associate questions and support.
- Research and swiftly resolve high-volume payroll issues (missing punches, pay rate adjustments, supervisor sign-offs) to ensure accurate, on-time pay.
- Coordinate directly with our central payroll department to submit verified hours and process corrections.
- Generate, update, and distribute daily operational reports, including attendance logs, headcount fulfillment, turnover, and overtime tracking.
- Partner with the Onsite Manager to identify operational bottlenecks and maintain consistent client communication.
salary: $24 - $26 per hour

- Experience: 1–3+ years in staffing coordination, high-volume account support, light industrial recruiting, or HR administration.
Experience working in a warehouse/light industrial environment with 100+ headcount is highly preferred. - Tech-Savvy: strong command of electronic timekeeping systems, staffing VMS/ATS software, and MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, data filtering, multi-tab roster tracking).
- High-Volume Capability: Proven ability to multitask and maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of data and employee inquiries.
