Recruitment Manager Role
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting talents that meet the strategic and operational needs of the organization, ensuring the right fit between the recruited skills, company culture, and performance objectives. They directly contribute to the overall performance of the company by ensuring the quality, responsiveness, and reliability of the recruitment processes, while also providing a positive candidate experience that aligns with the employer brand.
Recruitment- Collect and analyze recruitment needs from the requesting department
- Define the position to be filled and the candidate profile (education, skills, etc.)
- Select communication methods for the offer, presenting different modalities for candidate search: advertisements, active approaches (direct approach, forums, etc.), etc. according to the defined need
- Write and disseminate the offer according to the needs of the concerned departments, the candidate profile, and the chosen communication method
- Select the candidate after performing a screening of application files (CV and cover letter) and a first telephone selection, and receive candidates for interviews (individual and/or group)
- Interview with candidates
- Write the interview report
- Welcome new employees (tour of the city)
- Prepare the welcome booklet
- Receive applications
- Pre-select CVs
- Disseminate candidates to the appropriate departments
- Inform the selected intern and the non-selected candidates
- Follow up on internships
- Convocation of employees
- Organize medical examinations for hiring, pregnancies
- Receive reports from the occupational health physician
- Visits to premises with the occupational health physician and write reports
- Declaration
- On-site observation
- Reports
- Transmission to the insurer
Profile sought:
Good knowledge of the status of the Territorial Public Service. Significant experience in local government. Technical administrative writing skills. Analytical, synthesis, and writing skills. Ability to anticipate, manage, and organize. Proficiency with computer tools and CIRIL RH software. Ability to work in a team, take initiatives, and be a force of proposals. Organizational and methodical qualities. Good interpersonal skills, good listening, and sense of confidentiality.
