Location: Haskell

You’ll partner with plant operations to ensure effective staffing, training, and employee relations while upholding company policies and compliance. The role requires at least 5 years of HR management experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
