This is a full time, onsite position located at our office in Lindale, Texas.

The Senior Manager of US Recruitment and Volunteer Experience is responsible for successfully leading and implementing the US recruitment strategy. This position is the primary subject matter expert with stakeholders. In addition to leading a direct report team focused on recruitment best practices and volunteer experience. You will develop and enhance the MSUS recruiting strategy, policies and procedures. Evaluate and communicate key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies to ensure roles are filled efficiently and effectively.

• Manage US Recruitment and Volunteer Experience teams;
  Lead and mentor to achieve and exceed expectations.
• Consult in prioritization of strategic work, including planning, assigning, and directing work to address critical volunteer needs and building the talent pipeline.
• Talent management, including performance appraisals, timely coaching and feedback, and career/skills development.
• Develop and encourage a proactive and innovative team, providing guidance and advice.
• Partner with external and internal stakeholders to identify solutions for recruitment challenges. Provide expertise and support in resolving open roles;
  Recommending top talent candidates; and processes to address growth pains in the organization.
• Oversee the fostering and building a positive relationships and programs with vendors, third-party agencies, trade schools, and educational institutions to deliver a sustainable and strong candidate pipeline. Monitor and manage ROI effectiveness and expenses related to 3rd party recruitment solutions.
• Understand and utilize HR analytic dashboards and reports for management that provide predictive insights and key performance indicators related to recruitment KPIs and other people metrics like turnover and retention. Skillfully identify trends and or areas of concern and recommend actionable solutions.
• Lead and participate in special projects related to US Recruitment and Volunteer Experience.
• Propose annual sourcing budget and conference schedule;
  Manage expenses and budget.
• Manage organizational job boards, ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic post.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to determine needs and develop requests for new recruiting and volunteer experience materials (videos, brochures, banners, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Global recruitment team;
  Share best practices and networks.
• Participate in and promote webinars and other recruitment functions/activities.
• Act as the team's Salesforce CRM super user, overseeing the use of Salesforce and developing tools for collecting and converting recruiting leads
• Collaborate with the Workforce Planning Team to develop and share forecast models.
• Maintain current knowledge of mercy ships departments, policies, and procedures regarding minimum commitments, volunteering requirements, and position requirements.
