Onboarding Specialist

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organiztion that is actively seeking an Onboarding Specialist. This role will focus on supporting the successful integration and retention of new employees within a manufacturing environmen and serves as a primary resource for employees during their first 90 days, helping to ensure a positive onboarding experience, identifying potential concerns early, and facilitating communication between employees and plant leadership.

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Conduct regular check-ins with newly hired employees throughout their first 90 days of employment.
• Gather feedback regarding onboarding, training, workplace experience, and overall assimilation into the organization.
• Evaluate retention and understanding of orientation and onboarding materials through employee discussions and follow-up activities.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems to document employee feedback, concerns, questions, and support requests.
• Coordinate with department leaders and support teams to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns and action items.
• Monitor trends related to employee engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and retention.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• Experience
• Previous experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred.
