Secured Assist is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our team at our Paris, TX office!

This is an in-office, Monday-Friday position for an HR professional who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling confidential employee matters.

• Prior HR experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information professionally
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other standard office technology

• Manage and respond to employee communications and HR-related questions
• Conduct employee meetings through Microsoft Teams regarding sensitive HR matters
• Track, manage, and communicate with employees regarding approved and pending leaves of absence
• Assist management with the federal clearance process as needed
• Support management with various employee relations and HR functions
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee matters

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | In-Office

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a federal background check
  - As a federal contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance granting access to classified information. The background investigation is conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
• Hours for positions vary. Applicant must have availability from 7AM-10PM Monday
  - Friday and Saturday from 8AM-6PM CST
• Additional shifts as they become available
• Work from home, remote, work is subject to change depending on client requirements, system/internet connection issues, and/or disciplinary or compliance issues.
