Description
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee records
- Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and employee status changes
- Support benefits enrollment and employee questions
- Complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements
- Track leave, attendance, certifications, and required documentation
- Assist with workers' compensation and employee incident records
- Prepare HR reports, forms, and correspondence
- Support employees and management with routine HR matters
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Previous HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR/payroll systems
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or a multi-location company is a plus
