• Hands-on plant HR leadership experience is REQUIRED
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Lead1 direct report — HR Generalist
• Key member of the Plant Leadership Team
• Strategic + tactical HR responsibility

• Partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team onHR strategy and workforce planning
• Lead employee relations, performance management, talent development and engagement
• Own recruiting, selection, onboarding and workforce development
• Develop training programs, matrices and plans aligned with automotive manufacturing requirements
• Monitor HRKPIs, metrics and compliance
• Support compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll processes
• Manage workers' compensation, safety programs and return-to-work initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and company policies
• Drive a positive, high-performance plant culture

• Bachelor's degree required;
  
  PHR/SHRM certification preferred
• 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong employee relations and plant-floor HR expertise
• Business acumen with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
• Experience with in aglobal/matrix organization
• Working knowledge ofHRIS and payroll systems
