IT Consultant, Systems Analyst

About the role
As an Oracle Cloud Finance Analyst, you will make an impact by designing and delivering end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Financials solutions that transform clients’ Finance & Accounting operations. You will be a valued member of our consulting team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership to drive successful cloud transformation programs.
In this role, you will:- Lead the design and execution of complex Finance & Accounting transformation programs across multiple industry verticals, ensuring strong client alignment and solution value.
- Implement Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, including Risk Management Cloud, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management, with at least two full‑cycle cloud implementations.
- Support solutioning activities for proposals, including constructing solution architectures and presenting to client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with client business and IT leaders, internal teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to design point solutions and influence new business opportunities.
- Serve as an anchor consultant across onsite and offshore delivery locations, ensuring quality, governance, and alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Revenue Management, Risk Management Cloud, and (preferred) Subscription Management Cloud.
- Drive knowledge management initiatives, sharing best practices and reusable assets across the finance consulting community.
- Apply strong analytical, solution design, and communication skills to guide clients through transformation and decision‑making.
- Contribute to project governance across all phases of implementation, following established methodologies.
- Travel as needed based on client and project requirements.

What you need to have to be considered- 5–10 years of experience on Oracle platforms, with at least 2 years implementing Oracle Fusion Financials in customer‑facing roles.
- Proven experience as a Finance Solution Architect on implementation programs.
- Hands‑on expertise with Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and related modules such as Procurement, PPM, and Risk Management Cloud.
- Experience designing and governing solutions across multiple transformation programs.
- Strong Finance domain knowledge with understanding of end‑to‑end Finance and Supply Chain process orchestration.
- Ability to develop scalable, well‑architected solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and people leadership capabilities.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative solutions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience with Subscription Management Cloud.
- Knowledge of Fusion AI Agents or AI‑driven automation features.
- Certifications in AI or Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Experience contributing to domain‑focused thought leadership or reusable assets.

Salary and Other CompensationApplications will be accepted until March 16, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000- $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
