IT Manager; Microsoft Dynamics 365​/Lead IT Executive​/West

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring stable maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot IT issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• Identify business challenges and propose effective IT-driven solutions, from planning through implementation.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
• Strengthen countermeasures against cyber threats and data leakage risks
• Ensure compliance with HQ IT/security standards in collaboration with the HQ IT/
• Establish identity and access management systems, including smartphone-based authentication
• Oversee business applications with a focus on ERP and productivity platforms.
• Lead system development and enhancement projects, from requirements definition through delivery and post‑implementation support.
• Manage external vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of services and solutions.
• Collaborate with global and local business teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Promote effective use of Microsoft 365 and support the development of internal business applications using M365 tools.

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
• More than 5 years of managerial or leadership experience in an IT department.
• Ability to plan and design IT solutions that address business issues, and to oversee ongoing maintenance and operations.
• Solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise/business systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred
• Experience with globally standard ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ERP is also beneficial (〇).
• Experience developing or configuring business applications using Microsoft 365 (Power Platform, Power Apps, etc.).
• Proven track record in vendor management, including effective overseeing of maintenance services and development partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver system development / implementation projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business functions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on problem‑solving ability.
