We are a Singapore-based office of a well-established global asset management firm, providing investment solutions to institutional and accredited investors across the region. The local team works closely with global counterparts while maintaining a lean and collaborative setup.

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Manager to oversee day‑to‑day technology operations for the Singapore office. This role is suited for a high‑potential individual (approximately 8+ years of experience) who is comfortable handling both technical support and infrastructure responsibilities, and who can grow into a more strategic IT leadership role over time.

The successful candidate will initially manage end‑user support, systems setup, and vendor coordination, while progressively taking ownership of IT governance, policies, and infrastructure as the organization continues to mature.

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for office users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT onboarding/offboarding, device setup, access provisioning, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and global IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure service continuity.

• Support and maintain office IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, security tools, and enterprise systems.
• Assist in implementing and improving system reliability, performance, and security.
• Oversee vendor relationships for IT services, equipment, and support.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management requirements in line with financial services standards.
• Gradually take on broader ownership of IT planning, infrastructure decisions, and governance as the role evolves.

• Around 8+ years of IT experience, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment.
• Comfortable being hands‑on across support, systems, and infrastructure.
• Strong foundation in IT infrastructure, end‑user computing, cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft 365), and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Experience working with vendors and regional/global IT teams is an advantage.
• Demonstrated potential to grow into a more strategic IT role over time.
• Strong communication skills, professional presence, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
