Software Engineer (Technical Support)
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to support network and system infrastructure.
Qualifications- At least 6 years of experience in network design, implementation, hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, along with system administration.
- At least 6 years of experience managing network products such as Cisco and F5.
- At least 6 years of experience administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Proficient in various network protocols and topologies, including LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and servers.
- Experience managing Network Access Control (NAC) systems such as Clear Pass, Solar Winds, and Infoblox is preferred.
- Administer and troubleshoot network system infrastructure.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Install and upgrade network systems and servers.
- Install operating systems, software applications, and device drivers on servers.
- Backup and recover network devices and servers.
- Create simple scripts in Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Perform other tasks related to network and server hardware and software, end‑user support, and project work as assigned by the supervisor.
- Administer Clear Pass, Solar Winds, and Infoblox NAC systems.
