Service Now team focuses on the most advanced and impactful domains — CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, AI Control Tower, and App Engine — helping enterprises and governments reimagine services. We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead high‑impact projects across Singapore and ASEAN. If you want to architect solutions beyond “vanilla ITSM” and be mentored by the deepest Service Now minds in ASEAN, this role is for you.
WhatYou’ll Do.
- Lead end-to-end architecture of Service Now solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, and more.
- Shape technical blueprints, standards, and integration models for large‑scale enterprise and government projects.
- Drive innovation with AI and automation, blending Service Now with intelligent workflows.
- Mentor developers, coach squads, and set the standard for delivery excellence.
- 7+ years of Service Now experience with proven architect-level expertise.
- Hands‑on across multiple modules.
- Strong grasp of scripting, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server).
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Service Now CTA or multiple CIS certifications.
- Agile delivery experience.
