Software Engineer; Technical Support

Descriptions

• Must have at least 6 years experiences in network design and implementation, network hardware configuration, network troubleshooting and network performance tuning network and system administration;
• Must have at least 6years experiences in managing network products such as Cisco, F5, and etc;
• Must have at least 6 years experiences in administering Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems;

• Must have sound knowledge of various network protocols and topologies, including LAN, WAN, switches, routers and servers;
• Should preferably have experience in managing Network Access Control (NAC) System such as Clear Pass, Solar Winds, and Infoblox.

• Administer and troubleshoot network system infrastructure;
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems;
• Perform installation and upgrading of network system and servers;
• Perform installation of operating systems, software applications and device drivers on the Servers;
• Perform backup and recovery of network devices and servers;
• Perform simple scripting in Windows Server and Linux environment;
• Perform any other tasks related to network and server hardware and software, end-user support and project works as may be assigned by the supervisor;
• Able to administer Clear Pass Network Access Control, Solar Winds, and Infoblox.
